The Balmain Bathhouse is currently closed for renovation with an aim to reopen 1 September 2025. The new bathhouse will include a magnesium-enriched mineral pool, traditional and infrared saunas, red light therapy panels, ice baths, showers, steam room, recovery lounge, herbal teas, Celtic drinking salts and luxurious change rooms.

Accessibility Information

Due to the layout and heritage nature of our buildings, wheelchair access and full mobility support are unfortunately not available at Nature’s Energy bathhouses and day spas. Our facilities include stairs, narrow passageways, elevated spa areas, and uneven surfaces, making them unsuitable for guests with mobility limitations or those requiring wheelchair access. We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. If you have specific questions about access or suitability, please feel free to contact our team prior to booking.

Visiting Us

We don’t have on‑site parking. You’ll find 2‑hour free spaces behind us on Beattie Street. Along Darling Street itself, metered parking generally allows 2 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends. Please check local signs as rules can vary. We look forward to seeing you.
