PRIVATE HEALTH FUND REBATES 

Rebates are available with selected therapists, please ask at time of booking should you require a health fund rebate. Should you not specify your health fund at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a health fund rebate. Health fund rebates are not claimable when paying with Gift Vouchers. Health Rebates will either be an immediate rebate through the Hicaps terminal or with a receipt for Guests to claim directly with their health fund. 

  

VALUABLES 

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items including clothing,jewellery, mobile phones or other accessories. We suggest that you do not bring valuables to the centre.

 

LATE ARRIVALS 

Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate your late arrival but it may affect the length of your treatment(s).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel bookings - it is appreciated by both ourselves and other clients. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Less than 2 hours notice will result in full service charge.

 

MULTIPLE BOOKINGS 

Please note that all appointments exceeding 2 hours or more require a pre-payment to secure your appointment. Should you wish to cancel within 24 hours of your booking a Gift Voucher will be issued for the balance of the booking.

 

CHILDREN 

Please note that no children under the age of 18 are permitted in the Bath House.
