We are taking every step we can to ensure the safety and well-being of our community, our clients, and our employees. As we continue to remain vigilant and implement stringent measures against the spread of COVID-19, the health of all our clients and colleagues remains, as always, our top priority.

If you are unwell or have recently travelled we ask that you do not come in, instead please reschedule your booking for a later date. 


Please note we do not offer refunds or exchange on Gift Vouchers.
All Gift Voucher sales are final.
Gift Vouchers have a 3 year expiry from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers will not be honoured after the date has expired. 
Please note that our pricing on products and services is subject to change over time. Any difference in the cost of product or service nominated on the Gift Voucher must be paid by the Gift Voucher owner at time of appointment or when the Gift Voucher is redeemed. 
Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of booking. 
Gift Voucher numbers can not be used to secure online bookings, a credit card must be placed on file at time of booking to secure online appointments. The credit card will not be charged, otherwise please contact our customer service team on 02 9555 5533 to secure your appointment with a Gift Voucher number.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. However, your booking time has been allocated to you and no-one else. Out of consideration for our Therapists, and those clients who have missed a booking due to the allocated time slot being booked, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failing to give 24 hours' notice will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment being charged to either the credit card on your client profile, or the gift voucher used to secure your appointment.

Group booking appointments (consisting of 3 or more clients), must give us 5 days' notice before cancelling their booking. If the group fails to do this, a fee of 50% of the total cost of the group booking appointments will be applied.

If you wish to claim a Health Fund rebate for your Remedial, Deep Tissue, Sports or Pregnancy Massage, Nature's Energy must be advised in advance of the name of your Health Fund provider. This is to ensure that the Therapist you have selected has a Provider number with your Fund. Please call us on (02) 9555 5533, or email to provide this information.

Nature's Energy cannot guarantee a Health Fund rebate if not advised in advance of your Health Fund Provider details.


Due to strict safety protocols, we do not allow pregnant women to use the Bathhouse facilities under any circumstances. Please DO NOT book our bathhouse facilities at any stage of pregnancy. 


We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items including clothing, jewellery, mobile phones or other accessories. We suggest that you do not bring valuables to the centre. 


Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate your late arrival but it may affect the length of your treatment(s).  


Please note that children under the age of 18 are not able to book or attend treatments or Bath House experiences.

Please remember to bring along your swimwear when using the bathhouse facilities. All of our bathhouse facilities are an inclusive, unisex, shared space where swimwear is required at all times.
