As we continue to remain vigilant and implement stringent measures against the spread of COVID-19, the health of all our clients and colleagues remains, as always, our top priority.

If you are unwell or have recently travelled we ask that you do not come in, instead please reschedule your booking for a later date. 

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. However, your booking time has been allocated to you and no-one else. Therefore, out of consideration for our therapists and those clients who have missed a booking due to the allocated time slot being booked, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change a booking or you will be charged 50% for the value of the missed or cancelled treatment. If the treatment was booked using a gift voucher, 50% of the treatment value will be deducted from the outstanding amount on the gift voucher. Failing to attend a treatment without cancellation will also result in 50% of the value being charged. Cancellations are only accepted during office hours by phone. A credit card or gift voucher number will be required to secure your appointment. In addition, group bookings consisting of 4 or more clients must give us 5 days notice before cancelling their booking. If the group booking fails to do this, we will again, be charging the full fee for each treatment. Our staff do not have discretion to waive this policy or our cancellation policy due to the impact on our therapist partners of lost revenue from late cancellations and no shows. Booking an appointment at Nature’s Energy Health and Wellness Day Spa is an acknowledgment of the aforementioned conditions.



Rebates are available with selected therapists, please ask at time of booking should you require a health fund rebate. Should you not specify your health fund at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a health fund rebate. Health fund rebates are not claimable when paying with Gift Vouchers. Health Rebates will either be an immediate rebate through the Hicaps terminal or with a receipt for Guests to claim directly with their health fund. 



We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items including clothing,jewellery, mobile phones or other accessories. We suggest that you do not bring valuables to the centre.



Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate your late arrival but it may affect the length of your treatment(s).  


Please note that no children under the age of 18 are permitted in the Bath House.
