Booking Terms

Booking Policy:

To encourage commitment to self and our rostered staff, we require all appointments to be paid at the time of booking. Due to third-party software limitations, this currently excludes Day Spa Packages.

Health fund claimable services will only require a 20% deposit, and any difference after processing your private health fund card must be paid at the end of your appointment. Any applicable refund will be processed within 3 days. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for private health services.

Our menu and pricing are subject to change. The price of your appointment will be confirmed at the time of booking.

All payments made by card incur a standard surcharge in line with merchant fees: Amex terminal 2.6% and online 2.8%, non-Amex terminal 0.9% and online 1.4%.

Gift cards can be redeemed online when booking, but unfortunately, loyalty points can no longer be used online - please make a booking or purchase in-store to redeem your points. Please note we are currently reviewing our loyalty program due to this disappointing system limitation - we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you must change your schedule. However, your booking time has been allocated to you and no one else. Out of consideration for our rostered therapists and those clients who have missed out on a booking due to the allocated time slot being booked, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For group bookings (3 or more people) we require at least 5 days' notice to cancel or reschedule. Failing to provide the required notice will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment. The cancellation or no-show fee will be taken from your pre-payment or deposit, or if there is an outstanding change, the credit card or gift card on file for your account will be charged.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $25-$1,500. We do not sell gift cards for specific services or packages, as our menu and prices are subject to change. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards. Gift cards can be redeemed at any Nature’s Energy location on any service or product, excluding online product purchases. Gift cards have a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase.

Health Funds:

If your private health fund covers Remedial, Deep Tissue or Pregnancy Massage, and you wish to make a claim, you must book a "Massage (Health Fund Claimable)" service, pay the 20% deposit when booking, then present your private health fund card at the end of your appointment. After processing your health fund card, any remaining charge must be paid, or any refund will be processed.

Late Arrivals:

Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate any late arrival, but it may affect the length of your service(s) if there is another booking after you.

Illness:

If you are unwell, please do not come in. Instead, please reschedule your booking for a later date. If you are able to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, that would be ideal, but we understand this is not always possible. Please contact us if you need to reschedule within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate you depending on the circumstances.

Bathhouse Etiquette:

Please wear swimwear at all times and non-slip waterproof footwear when walking around the bathhouse. Our bathhouses are communal spaces welcoming all genders. Water, herbal teas, showers, change rooms, lockers, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries are provided. Kindly bring your own towel for a more sustainable experience; one extra-large towel is provided per guest, and additional towels and robes are available for hire. Please be considerate of others by speaking in hushed tones, minimising technology use, and refraining from bringing devices inside saunas, spas, showers, or baths. Inappropriate, loud, aggressive, discriminatory, or sexual behaviour will not be tolerated. Nature’s Energy assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit. The bathhouse is open to individuals aged 18 and above, excluding pregnant women.

Day Spa Etiquette:

Please be considerate of others by speaking in hushed tones. Inappropriate, loud, aggressive, discriminatory, or sexual behaviour will not be tolerated. Nature’s Energy assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit.

Age Restriction:

Children under the age of 18 are unable to book or attend Nature’s Energy.

Loyalty Program:

We are in the process of redesigning our Loyalty Program. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, loyalty points can no longer be used to pre-pay for appointments online, which is not ideal. That is why we seek new, better ways to reward our loyal customers.

Your existing points remain valid until further notice or until your 12-month enrolment anniversary (points have a 12-month validity).

The value of points may change. Nature's Energy has always maintained the right to modify our Loyalty Program, rewards, and points structures without prior notice.

Please be aware that a maximum of 3,000 points can be redeemed per transaction per day. Points are non-redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

To view your points, please click Sign In on our website, then Sign In in our booking system (top right), then navigate to your Profile and find Loyalty Points.

Referral Program:

Give $20 to new customers when you share your unique referral link with them. When they make a booking, you will be rewarded with $15 off your next booking.
