Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift vouchers - physical or electronic.
All gift voucher sales are final.
Gift vouchers have a 3 year expiry from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers will not be honoured after the date has expired. 
Please note that our pricing on products and services is subject to change over time. Any difference in the cost of product or service nominated on the gift voucher must be paid by the voucher owner at time of appointment or when the voucher is redeemed.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to secure online bookings; a credit card must be placed on file at the time of booking to secure online appointments. The credit card will not be charged. Please bring your voucher details with you to your appointment. Thank you.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. However, your booking time has been allocated to you and no-one else. Out of consideration for our Therapists, and those clients who have missed a booking due to the allocated time slot being booked, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failing to give 24 hours' notice will result in a fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment being charged to either the credit card on your client profile, or the gift voucher used to secure your appointment.

Group booking appointments (consisting of 3 or more clients), must give us 5 days' notice before cancelling their booking. If the group fails to do this, a fee of 50% of the total cost of the group booking appointments will be applied.

Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate your late arrival, but it may affect the length of your treatment(s).


To ensure a successful Health Fund claim, choosing a designated health fund treatment under the category "Massage (Health Fund Claimable)” is crucial when booking online.

If booking over the phone or in-store, please request a Health Fund Claimable treatment.


Please remember to bring your swimwear and non-slip thongs/slides when using the Bathhouse facilities. All of our Bathhouse facilities are inclusive, unisex, shared spaces where swimwear is always required.


All Nature's Energy Spas & Bathhouses are silent spaces, including stores, waiting areas, changerooms, treatment rooms, and bathhouses. Please turn your devices to silent mode and be mindful of others, keeping talking to a minimum.

Due to strict safety protocols, we do not allow pregnant women to use the Bathhouse facilities under any circumstances. Please DO NOT book our bathhouse facilities at any stage of pregnancy.


We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items, including clothing, jewellery, mobile phones or other accessories. We suggest that you do not bring valuables to the centre. Lockers are available for Bathhouse bookings.


Please note that children under the age of 18 are not able to book or attend Treatments or Bathhouse experiences.
