Booking Terms
Booking Policy:
To encourage commitment to self and our rostered staff, we require all appointments to be paid at the time of booking. Due to software limitations, this currently excludes Day Spa Packages and Add-Ons when booked online, so we will reach out to you shortly after booking to take payment or request payment in-store. Health fund claimable services will only require a 20% deposit, and any difference after processing your private health fund card must be paid at the end of your appointment. Any applicable refund will be processed within 3 days. Our menu and pricing are subject to change. The price of your appointment will be confirmed at the time of booking.
All card payments incur standard card surcharges:

Bathhouse Etiquette & Safety:
- Swimwear must be worn at all times in the bathhouse.
- Please whisper at all times. Loud or disruptive guests may be asked to leave without refund.
- Our bathhouses are inclusive, communal spaces welcoming all genders.
- No outside food or drinks are permitted in the bathhouse.
- Phones and devices are not permitted in saunas, steam rooms, spas, ice baths, or showers.
- No photography or filming of other guests.
- Shower before entering any spa, sauna, steam room, or ice bath.
- Sit on a towel inside saunas. Only water may be poured on sauna rocks—never oils or fragrances.
- Do not submerge your hair in the spa or apply any products to the water.
- Steam jets, hot rocks, heaters, and floor lights may cause burns. Please be mindful of their placement.
- Wet areas may be slippery. Walk with care. Non-slip footwear is welcome but not permitted in saunas.
- Bathhouse areas are monitored by CCTV for guest safety.
Health & Safety Disclaimer:
For your wellbeing, our bathhouse facilities (including saunas, steam rooms, mineral pools, ice baths, and red light therapy), massage and facials may not be suitable for all guests.
Bathhouse access is not permitted if you:

Are pregnant

Are under 16 years of age (those aged 16-17 must have parental supervision)

Are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation

Have high blood pressure, heart disease, or a pacemaker

Have open wounds, cold sores, contagious skin conditions, or peeling skin
Red Light Therapy is not suitable if you:

Have light sensitivity

Have epilepsy

Have active cancer

Are taking photosensitising medications
Medical clearance is strongly recommended before booking if you have:

Respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD)

Severe or uncontrolled diabetes

Recent surgery, injury, fractures, or illness

Infectious diseases, fever, or flu-like symptoms

Deep vein thrombosis or blood clotting disorders

Neurological conditions or seizure disorders

Impaired temperature regulation or sensitivity to heat, cold, or light

Allergies or sensitivities to skincare ingredients, massage oils, or aromatherapy products

Severe varicose veins

Contagious eye infections

Severe acne, active skin inflammation, or facial wounds
If you have any medical condition, injury, or concern, please seek advice from your healthcare provider before booking. You must inform our team when completing your pre-treatment form, at check-in, or with your therapist. Certain facilities or treatments may be adapted or declined for your safety. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Reschedule & Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- With 24+ hours’ notice, your full prepayment will be held as credit on your account, valid for 6 months.
- With less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of your prepayment will be forfeited. The remaining 50% will be held as credit, valid for 6 months.
- No-shows are charged in full, with no credit applied.
- Groups (3+ guests) must provide 72+ hours' notice.
If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll offer a one-time full credit to rebook another day within 6 months.
Please note: no refunds are offered.
Please contact us if you made prepayment with a gift voucher and require assistance to reschedule or cancel a booking.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $25-$1,500. We do not sell gift cards for specific services or packages, as our services menu and prices are subject to change. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards. Gift cards can be redeemed at any Nature’s Energy location for any service or product, excluding products purchased online. Gift cards have a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase.
Health Funds:
If your private health fund covers Remedial or Deep Tissue Massage, and you wish to make a claim, you must book a "Massage (Health Fund)" service, pay the 20% deposit when booking, then present your private health fund card at the end of your appointment. After processing your health fund card, any remaining charge must be paid, or any refund will be processed. Remedial and Deep Tissue massage within a package is not health fund claimable - please book your bathhouse and HF massage separately.
Late Arrivals:
Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment start time. We will try our best to accommodate any late arrival, but it may affect the length of your service(s).
Packs:
Our Bathhouse, Massage, and Facial Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Packs can only be used by you; they are non-transferable, and they cannot be used towards Day Spa Packages.
Please purchase a Pack online, in-store or over the phone, then book your appointment after purchase - your Pack will appear in your profile after purchase and automatically apply during checkout (but you can unselect it if you wish).
Health fund claimable Remedial Massage Packs are not available.
Age Restriction:
Children under the age of 16 are unable to book or attend Nature’s Energy. Children aged 16-17 must be under parental supervision at all times.
Massage Policy:
I understand that any massage at Nature's Energy is intended for relaxation and muscle tension relief, not medical diagnosis or treatment. I will inform the therapist if I feel discomfort so pressure can be adjusted. Massage therapists do not diagnose, treat illness, or perform spinal adjustments. I will disclose all relevant medical conditions and will update the therapist of any changes. I accept the therapist is not liable if I withhold information. Any inappropriate behaviour will end the session immediately. The therapist may refuse treatment if it’s contraindicated.
Personal Information Policy:
We collect your personal and payment details to manage bookings, pre-treatment and consent forms, send reminders, and share updates or offers. All guest names, emails and mobile numbers, including unique details for group bookings, are required. Your information is secure and confidential — we never sell or share it. You may opt out of marketing emails or SMS anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" or managing your online preferences. You can view our Privacy Policy here.
Bathhouse Sustainability & Amenities:
- One extra-large towel is provided per guest. For a more sustainable experience, we encourage you to bring your own.
- Additional towels and robes are available for hire.
- We provide water, herbal teas, Celtic drinking salts, showers, one locker per guest, change rooms, hair dryers, and toiletries for your comfort.
- One cup is provided per guest to reuse throughout your visit.
