Gift Cards 

Gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $25-$1,500. We do not sell gift cards for specific services or packages, as our menu and prices are subject to change. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards. Gift cards can be redeemed at any Nature’s Energy location on any service or product, excluding online product purchases. Gift cards have a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy

After receiving your order confirmation, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free domestic shipping for orders of $85 and over.

How do I check the status of my product order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@naturesenergy.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Product Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All products are packed with care and individually checked before dispatch.

Nature’s Energy strives to keep our customers 100% satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery either by email at info@naturesenergy.com.au or by telephone at (02) 9555 5533.

Upon your advice, we reserve the right to inspect the products sent within a reasonable time following delivery if you believe these products are defective in any way. If we have agreed to exchange or process a refund for an undamaged product, you are responsible for the freight costs, and we must receive the goods back in our office in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of delivery, the products sent shall be conclusively presumed free from any defect or damage.

All payments made by card incur a standard surcharge in line with merchant fees: Amex terminal 2.6% and online 2.8%, non-Amex terminal 0.9% and online 1.4%.

Product Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation is within our sole discretion. Nature’s Energy does not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the product has left our warehouse

Please be aware that while we take every reasonable care when dispatching goods to you, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss and/or damage during transit. It is strongly recommended that you effect suitable insurance protection for such a risk 

We do not refund for incorrect choices but may, at our discretion, issue a credit voucher. Goods sold as stock clearance or on sale will not be accepted for return

Nature’s Energy will apply a processing fee for exchanged items, and the refund/credit value excludes shipping and handling charges If we have sent you the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and freight charge For any defective products, which we agree that you are entitled to reject, our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding you with the amount paid for that product.

Loyalty Program

We are in the process of redesigning our Loyalty Program. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, loyalty points can no longer be used to pre-pay for appointments online, which is not ideal. That is why we are looking for new, better ways to reward our loyal customers.

Your existing points remain valid until further notice or until your 12-month enrolment anniversary (points have a 12-month validity).

The value of points may change. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but it is essential to design a program that aligns with our business goals while still offering valuable rewards to you.

Nature's Energy has always maintained the right to modify our Loyalty Program, rewards, and points structures without prior notice.

Please be aware that a maximum of 3,000 points can be redeemed per transaction per day. Points are non-redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

To view your points, please click My Account on our website, Sign In, then navigate to your Profile and find Loyalty Points.
