Please note that our pricing on products and services is subject to change over time. Any difference in the cost of product or service nominated on the Gift Voucher must be paid by the Gift Voucher owner at time of appointment or when the Gift Voucher is redeemed.
Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of booking.
Gift Voucher numbers can not be used to secure online bookings, a credit card must be placed on file at time of booking to secure online appointments. The credit card will not be charged, otherwise please contact our customer service team on 02 9555 5533 to secure your appointment with a Gift Voucher number.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges.
All products are packed with care and individually checked prior to dispatch.
Nature’s Energy endeavours to keep our customers 100% satisfied at all times. If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery either by email - email@example.com or telephone us on 02 9555 5533.
Upon your advice, we reserve the right to inspect the products sent within a reasonable time following delivery if the you believes these products are defective in any way. If we have agreed to exchange or process a refund for an undamaged product, you are responsible for the freight costs and we must receive the goods back in our office in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days. If we do not hear from you within the (3) days of delivery, then the products sent, shall be conclusively presumed to be free from any defect or damage.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Nature’s Energy does not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the product has left our warehouse
Please be aware that while we take every reasonable care when dispatching goods to you, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss and/or damage during transit. It is strongly recommended that you effect suitable insurance protection for such a risk
We do not refund for incorrect choice, but may, at our discretion issue a credit voucher. Goods sold as stock clearance or on sale will not be accepted for return
Nature’s Energy will apply a processing fee for exchanged items and the refund/credit value excludes shipping and handling charges If we have sent you the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and freight charge For any defective products, which we agree that you are entitled to reject, our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding you with the amount paid for that product.
