As you embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation, we request your cooperation in adhering to our bathhouse etiquette and code of conduct. Ensuring a harmonious experience for all, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the guidelines below.
For safety, we cannot admit pregnant women at any stage or individuals under 18 to our bathhouses.
If you have a heart condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare practitioner first.
All guests must complete their bathhouse safety and consent form (sent to you ahead of your appointment) before they can enter the bathhouse.
What To Bring
- Swimwear must be worn at all times.
- Non-slip waterproof footwear is recommended for your safety.
- Bring an extra towel for enhanced comfort - one complimentary towel is provided.
- Bring a waterbottle for a more eco-friendly experience - one cup is provided per guest.


What's Provided
- Bathhouse guests receive one complimentary towel.
- Day Spa Package guests receive a complimentary towel and a robe.
- Robes and towels are also available for hire (robes $10, towels $5).
- Please return your used towels and robes to the chute on your way out.
- Showers, changerooms, lockers, hair dryers, biodegradeable bags for wet swimwear, and complimentary toiletries are at your disposal.
- One cup is provided per guest - please keep this cup with you throughout your visit and return it to a basket as you leave.
Etiquette & Safety:
- Please shower before and after using each bathhouse facility.
- For hygiene purposes, please always sit on a towel in any sauna.
- Please do not wear footwear into saunas or steam rooms.
- Please do not pour oil on sauna hot stones or into water buckets - it destroys the sauna heating elements.
- Please dry yourself and sit/lie on a towel when using the recovery lounges.
- Please dry yourself before entering an infrared sauna.
- For safety, kindly refrain from bringing devices into spas, saunas, steam rooms, ice baths, or showers.
- Please be mindful of others and do not film or photograph other guests.

- Extend courtesy to fellow guests by maintaining a respectful demeanour.
- We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour to ensure a harmonious experience for all.
Please keep an eye on the time to ensure you are only in the bathhouse for your booked appointment time. Anyone staying longer than their booking without approval will be asked to leave and may be charged accordingly.
