For safety, we cannot admit pregnant women at any stage or individuals under 18 to our bathhouses.
If you have a heart condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare practitioner first.
What To Bring
- Please wear swimwear during your visit.
- Non-slip waterproof footwear is recommended for your safety.
- Contribute to sustainability by bringing your own towel.
- Bring an extra towel for enhanced comfort - one complimentary towel is provided.
- Bring a waterbottle for a more eco-friendly experience.
Bringing your own towel not only reduces laundry and environmental impact but also ensures that your complimentary towel from us can serve as a nice, dry back-up.
What's Provided
- Bathhouse guests receive a complimentary extra-large towel.
- Day Spa Package guests receive a complimentary extra-large towel and a robe.
- Robes and additional towels are available for hire (robes $10, towels $5) - please ask our friendly staff when you check-in.
- Showers, changerooms, lockers, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries are at your disposal.
Etiquette & Safety:
- Please shower before and after using each bathhouse facility.
- For hygiene purposes, please use a towel when sitting in any sauna.
- Please do not wear footwear into saunas or steam rooms.
- Please do not pour oil on sauna hot stones or into water buckets - it destroys the sauna heating elements.
- Please dry yourself and sit/lie on a towel when using the recovery lounges.
- Please dry yourself before entering an infrared sauna.
- For safety, kindly refrain from bringing devices into spas, saunas, steam rooms, ice baths, or showers.

Please keep an eye on the time to ensure you are only in the bathhouse for your booked appointment time. Anyone staying longer than their booking will be asked to leave and charged extra.
