ENSURING A SAFE & HAPPY VISIT FOR ALL

Bathhouse Guidelines

As you embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation, we request your cooperation in adhering to our bathhouse etiquette and code of conduct. Ensuring a harmonious experience for all, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the guidelines below.

For safety, we cannot admit pregnant women at any stage or individuals under 18 to our bathhouses.
If you have a heart condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare practitioner first.

What To Bring

  • Please wear swimwear during your visit.
  • Non-slip waterproof footwear is recommended for your safety.
  • ID is required for lockers at our Newtown location.
  • Contribute to sustainability by bringing your own towel.

Bringing your own towel not only reduces laundry and environmental impact but also ensures that your complimentary towel from us can serve as a nice, dry back-up.

What's Provided

  • Enjoy a complimentary extra-large towel per guest.
  • Robes and additional towels are available for hire.
  • Showers, changerooms, lockers, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries are at your disposal.

Etiquette & Safety:

  • For hygiene purposes, please use a towel when sitting in the sauna.
