Nature’s Energy – People's Choice Awards Voting Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition Overview
    The competition is being conducted by Nature’s Energy Bathhouse and Day Spa ("the Promoter"). To enter, participants must vote for Nature’s Energy in both the Best Bathhouse and Best Day Spa categories in the Spa & Wellness People's Choice Awards 2024, and forward the voting confirmation emails for both votes to marketing@naturesenergy.com.au before 5:00 PM AEST on October 4th, 2024.

  2. Eligibility
    This competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older. Employees of Nature’s Energy, their immediate families, and any agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

  3. Entry Requirements
    To enter the competition, participants must:

    • Vote for Nature’s Energy in the Spa & Wellness People's Choice Awards in both the Best Bathhouse and Best Day Spa categories.
    • Forward the two voting confirmation emails (one for each category) to marketing@naturesenergy.com.au by 5:00 PM AEST on October 4th, 2024.

  4. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive a $100 Nature's Energy eGift Card. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products/services. The eGift Card is subject to Nature's Energy's standard gift card terms and conditions. Any travel or other associated costs with redeeming the gift card or attending a Nature's Energy facility, are not the responsibility of Nature's Energy.

  5. Competition Period
    The competition commences at 9:00 AM AEST on September 12th, 2024, and concludes at 5:00 PM AEST on October 4th, 2024. Any entries received outside of these times will not be considered.

  6. Winner Selection
    The winner will be selected by random draw on October 7th, 2024 at Nature’s Energy's Head Office, Sydney. The winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, a new winner may be drawn.

  7. Privacy
    The personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition, contacting the winner, and distributing the prize. Entrants' information will not be shared with third parties without their consent, in accordance with Nature’s Energy's Privacy Policy.

  8. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise which affect the fairness or integrity of the competition.
  • No disputes will be entered into.
  • By participating in this competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
