Packs can be used by you and up to 1 other guest at the same time - they cannot be used to redeem for 3+ guests or groups, and they cannot be used towards Day Spa Packages.

Please purchase a Pack online, in-store or over the phone, then book your appointment after purchase online - your Pack will appear in your profile after purchase and apply to your booking automatically.

If purchasing the Remedial Massage Health Fund Pack, please visit us in-store or call us on (02) 9555 5533 to pay just 20% (online requires 100%), then process your private health claim via HICAPS with us after each appointment in-store to balance your invoice. We cannot process any refund until after your appointment, as HICAPS cannot be processed until after an appointment.
