From just $39 for Sunrise Sessions Monday–Thursday and $49 Friday–Sunday, or from $59 for 90-minute standard sessions Monday–Thursday and $69 Friday–Sunday – your session includes infrared sauna, medical-grade red light therapy, secure lockers, towel, herbal tea, Celtic hydration salt, hair dryers, toiletries, and an Australian sea salt scrub, on top of the full thermal circuit. We are not a loud, social spa spot. We’ve been providing whole-being wellness in Sydney’s Inner West for more than 30 years. Our bathhouses are designed for quiet recovery, nervous-system regulation and real rest, and you can step straight into a massage, facial or healing session afterwards.
