Our newly renovated Balmain Bathhouse is Sydney’s most complete hot-cold-light recovery space. Enjoy a magnesium-enriched mineral pool, large traditional Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, medical-grade red light therapy, stone-carved ice baths, steam room, and complimentary sea salt scrub.
Every bathhouse visit includes access to all facilities, our recovery lounge with herbal teas and Celtic hydration salts, plus a towel, secure locker, and luxurious change rooms with premium toiletries and hair dryers.
Choose a 60-minute Sunrise Session (6:30–9:30am) or a standard 90-minute session (9:30am–9:30pm). Regulars save $30–$75 with a Bathhouse Pack.

Group Bookings
Group bookings are welcome at any location and can be made online for groups of up to 6 guests. For larger groups, please complete our online booking form. Our Glebe bathhouse can host up to 36 people, Balmain up to 20, and Newtown up to 8. Groups must adhere to our bathhouse etiquette and maintain a whisper at all times.
Balmain Accessibility Information
Due to the layout and heritage nature of our buildings, wheelchair access and full mobility support are unfortunately not available at Nature’s Energy bathhouses and day spas. Our facilities include stairs, narrow passageways, elevated spa areas, and uneven surfaces, making them unsuitable for guests with mobility limitations or those requiring wheelchair access. We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. If you have specific questions about access or suitability, please feel free to contact our team prior to booking.
Visiting Balmain
We don’t have on‑site parking. You’ll find 2‑hour free spaces behind us on Beattie Street. Along Darling Street itself, metered parking generally allows 2 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends. Please check local signs as rules can vary. We look forward to seeing you.
