Then, embrace the grounding and nurturing essence of Autumn with our Relax & Restore Massage. This 60-minute relaxation-style massage is designed to ease tension, restore balance, and provide warmth as the season shifts.
Light to medium pressure techniques, integrated with the soothing heat of hot stones and our Prosperity Essential Oil Blend, create a deeply restorative experience, focusing on the back, feet, and hands for enhanced circulation and grounding.
75-minute communal bathhouse session – salt scrub, hot spa or mineral pool, traditional and infrared saunas, steam room, red light therapy, and ice baths to gently prepare the muscles and calm the nervous system for your massage.
60-minute Relax & Restore Massage – relaxation-style massage with light to medium pressure, hot stones, and a focus on the back, feet, and hands for enhanced circulation and grounding.

Your step-by-step Autumn Restore ritual — the ideal way to unwind and replenish this season.
1. Welcome
After a seamless check-in where you will be given a complimentary towel and robe, and instructions for your package, you are then invited to change and begin your journey with a warm herbal tea in our welcome lounge.
2. Bathhouse
Access all bathhouse facilities for 75 minutes. Our bathhouses are quiet, communal sanctuaries with a salt scrub, mineral pool/hot spa, traditional and infrared saunas, steam room, red light therapy and ice baths.
3. Transition
You have 15 minutes in between your bathhouse and massage to shower, dry, and change into underwear (with clothes or your robe). Your therapist will meet you in the waiting lounge.
4. Relax & Restore Massage
For 60 minutes, your skilled massage therapist will blend light to medium pressure and the soothing warmth of hot stones to ease tension, restore balance, and provide warmth as the season shifts. This is a deeply restorative experience, focusing on the back, feet, and hands for enhanced circulation and grounding.

Autumn Restore is available at Glebe, Balmain and Newtown, subject to therapist and room availability.
Please bring swimwear for the bathhouse. Towels and robes, refreshments, lockers, showers, change rooms, toiletries and hair dryers are provided. We also have biodegradable bags to take your wet swimwear home in.
All Nature’s Energy bathhouses are communal spaces welcoming all gender identities at all times. Glebe can host up to 36 guests at a time, Balmain up to 20, and Newtown up to 8, creating a shared yet calm environment.
No. We cannot permit pregnant women into any of our bathhouses, and we do not offer pregnancy massage. A gift voucher for later use may be better suited.
