All stock is subject to availability.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Our prices do not include freight. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice. (Any new price will be displayed on the website). 
We DO NOT ship overseas. For any enquires on overseas orders, please email info@naturesenergy.com.au
 
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery of all products in stock. You will be advised of longer lead times if the product is not in stock. Nature’s Energy is not responsible for any items that are out of stock or are discontinued while displayed online. Small details and colours may vary from those shown on our website. We do not guarantee that the colours seen on your screen exactly match the actual product colours.
 
Nature’s Energy aims to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that every website is completely free of errors. We will correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions when they have been brought to our attention. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 
 
Delivery & Shipping
Orders will not be dispatched by Nature’s Energy until payment is made in full and the funds are cleared. Freight charges will be incurred for all products dispatched. Freight will vary depending on the volume/weight and the area the product is destined for. We use Australia Post and couriers to effect delivery of the products ordered.
 
Nature’s Energy believes that we use reliable delivery companies who will endeavour to provide you with the best care and service. Still, there may be times when gifts are delayed in the delivery process despite their best efforts. For this reason, our delivery times can be our best estimate only. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement nor entitle you to cancel an order.
 
Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for daytime deliveries. If instructed, the order may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.  If the courier/postman deems it unsafe to leave the parcel, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier/post office to arrange a suitable day for re-delivery. Should this service incur an additional delivery charge, the recipient agrees that he/she is liable for this cost.
 
Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delivery delays. Should redelivery be required, and an additional charge may be incurred, you will be responsible for paying this charge.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Nature’s Energy if an order does not arrive. Once you notify us, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier company/post office to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

 
 
Disclaimer
Nature’s Energy cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage sustained by the use of any of our products. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the products are suitable for their requirements. We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has occurred. This includes loss or damage from delivery to unattended addresses where the sender has opted to leave the gift at the premises if no one is home.
All payments made by card incur a standard surcharge in line with merchant fees: Amex terminal 2.6% and online 2.8%, non-Amex terminal 0.9% and online 1.4%.
