Please read the full Terms and Conditions below carefully. By becoming a Member of the Nature’s Energy Rewards program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not join. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Members can earn points on the amounts they spend on qualifying products and services at Nature’s Energy Salon Spas, excluding amounts paid for taxes, shipping, tips, or gift cards.
Nature’s Energy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Nature’s Energy Rewards program at any time, including changing or terminating the number and type of benefits offered to members of Nature’s Energy Rewards in its sole discretion at any time.
I. MEMBERS
1. Free Enrollment
No purchase is necessary to enroll in the Nature’s Energy program. The Nature’s Energy program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
2. Eligibility
You must be age 18 years or older and a resident of the Australia to be become a member. Nature’s Energy employees are not eligible. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.
3. Opening an Account
To become a member of Nature’s Energy Loyalty Program, visit www.naturesenergy.com.au. Click my account, create or sign in with a valid email and password, click the Sign In icon, finalise enrollment by agreeing to terms & conditions and submitting your birthday. If you already have a username that is not using an email, please contact info@naturesenergy.com.au to assist.
4. Account
Program accounts are not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter. Nature’s Energy is not responsible for use of a Member's account or redemption of a Member's points. It is the Members’ responsibility to manage unauthorised use or redemption points by family or friends or other individuals who might have access to the Member's account. In the event the Member's account is stolen and the account is used, or the points are redeemed, the Member must inform Nature’s Energy and the account will go under investigation to determine what remedy, if any, may be available.
5. Member Cancelation
You may cancel your Nature’s Energy Rewards membership at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
II. TIERS
1. Restore
The first tier (Restore is achieved upon enrolment in Nature’s Energy Loyalty Program. As a Restore member, the guest earns (1) point for every full $1.00 spent on eligible products and services.
Enhanced Benefits. Enhanced Members enjoy a welcome reward, birthday gift, periodic surprises and the ability to earn additional bonus points. All benefits and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer along with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Rejuvate
The second tier (Rejuvenate) is achieved when a member spends from $200 - $799 from the time of enrolment through December 31, 2020, and then January 1 and December 31 thereafter. Status is valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is earned through December 31 of the following calendar year (minimum of twelve months, maximum of 24 months). For example, if a member reaches Elevated status in July 2020, their status is valid until December 31, 2021. Once the allotted time is awarded, the guest will need to maintain the minimum spend each calendar year to continue in the tier, otherwise they will be dropped to the tier lower.
Rejuvenate Benefits. Rejuvenate Members enjoy a 25% higher base earning rate (1.25 points for every full 1.00 dollar spent), birthday surprises, yearly surprises, the ability to earn additional bonus points, and double point days (see below for information on double point days). All benefits and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer along with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Revitalise
The third tier (Revitalise) is achieved when a member spends $800 or more between the time of enrolment and December 31 2020, and then January 1 and December 31 thereafter. Status is valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which it is earned through December 31 of the following calendar year (minimum of twelve months, maximum of 24 months). For example, if a member reaches Revitalise status in July 2020, their status is valid until December 31, 2021. Once the allotted time is awarded, the guest will need to maintain the minimum spend each calendar year to continue in the tier, otherwise they will be dropped to the tier lower.
Revitalise Benefits. Revitalise Members enjoy a 50% higher base earning rate (1.50 points for every 1.00 dollar spent), birthday surprises, yearly surprises, the ability to earn additional bonus points, double and triple point days (see below for information on double and triple point days). All benefits and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer along with these Terms and Conditions.
III. EARNING POINTS
1. General
Members can earn Nature’s Energy points on amounts spent for purchase of qualifying products and services at all Nature’s Energy salons, excluding amounts paid for taxes, shipping, tips or gift cards.
2. Earning Rate
Members earn a minimum of one point for every full one dollar ($1) spent on the purchase of qualifying products or services at any Nature’s Energy Day Spa, excluding online products. Purchase amounts are rounded down to nearest full $1 increment. For example, if a Member spends $19.99, he or she will be deemed to have spent $19.
Rejuvenate Member Points. Elevated member’s earn points based on a base earning rate that is 25% higher at 1.25 points for every full one ($1) dollar spent on qualifying products or services, as described above.
Revitalise Member Points. Empowered member’s earn points based on a base earning rate that is 50% higher at 1.5 points for every full one dollar ($1) spent on qualifying products or services, as described above.
3. Birthday Gifts
Each Member with a valid email and birthday entered in his/her account profile at least one week prior to his/her birthday month is eligible to receive a free gift for their birthday; gifts could be additional points or a sample product. For example, if your birthday is in August, you must have your birthday submitted by the last week of July in order to qualify for the birthday gift.
4. Gift Cards
Guests do not earn points on gift card purchases. However, when a Nature’s Energy member makes a qualifying purchase using a gift card as tender, the guest will earn points the same as if the guest had used cash/credit.
5. Double Points Days
As an Elevated and Empowered member, you qualify for Double Point Days. Double point Days are offered at the discretion of Nature’s Energy. When earning double points, tier status is not a qualifier. Guests earn 2 bonus points per $1 spent.
6. Triple Point Days
As an Empowered member, you qualify for Triple point days. In addition to Double Point Days you will receive opportunities for Triple Point Days at the discretion of Nature’s Energy. When earning triple points, tier status is not a qualifier. Guests earn 3 bonus points per $1 spent.
7. Timing of the Addition of Points to Accounts
Generally, points are automatically added to a Member's account within twenty-four (24) hours after completion of the qualifying purchase, though Members should allow up to two weeks for posting of points.
8. Exclusions
Calculation of Nature’s Energy Loyalty points is based solely on the purchase price actually paid for qualifying products and services, excluding amounts paid for tips and gratuities, shipping charges, gift cards, and all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes. Nature’s Energy may exclude any products or services from counting as qualifying products or services by disclosing at the point of purchase that such items are excluded. Redemption of merchandise vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, bonuses, discounts, and coupons, including merchandise returns, are not eligible for points. All purchases made by a Member prior to such member joining the Program are not eligible for Program credit, except for same-day enrolment and qualifying service/product purchase.
9. Returns
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. If a member does not have sufficient amount of points in their balance, their account will go into a negative balance. If a member redeems points to acquire an item, and then returns such item, any refund will first be in the form of the number of points used in the original transaction, with only the excess balance, If any, refunded via the form of payment the Member used to pay such balance in the original transaction.
10. Extra Point Promotions
From time to time, Nature’s Energy may run certain promotions for extra points. Under these promotions, Members can earn additional or "extra rewards points" for completed actions and purchases. These promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer, along with these Terms and Conditions, and may be offered at any time in Nature’s Energy sole discretion.
11. Points Disputes
If you believe that a purchase should have resulted in the addition of points to your account, and such points are not posted to your account within two weeks after the purchase ("Points Dispute"), please notify us immediately. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate your Points Dispute so long as you notify us of such dispute within ninety (90) days of the purchase. If you do not notify us within such ninety (90)-day period, you will have waived your right to make a Points Dispute with respect to that purchase. In order for us to undertake an investigation of your Points Dispute, we may require you to provide written confirmation of the dispute. If we do not receive the requested written confirmation at the address and within the time requested by us, we may in our sole discretion determine not to investigate your Points Dispute. Upon completion of our investigation of your Points Dispute, we will have no further responsibilities should you later reassert the same Points Dispute.
12. Points Expiration
Points expire twenty-four (24) months after the date the points were earned by the member. For example, if a member earns 200 points on August 1st, 2020 the points will expire July 31st, 2022. No credit or cash will be given for unused or expired points. Points do not expire for the third tier.
IV. REDEEMING POINTS
1. General
Points earned by a Member may be redeemed for products, services or discounted products and services at a minimum of 200 points. Points cannot be redeemed for purchasing a Gift Card.
2. Points towards services and products
Members are eligible to redeem their points once they reach a minimum of 200 points. Members will always be required to have this minimum amount in order to use any value of point over 200.
3. Redemption In-Salon
To redeem points towards a purchase, Members must indicate that points are being redeemed prior to making the purchase of the eligible products or services. Members can have more than 4000+ points in their bank but is only allowed to redeem a maximum of 3000 points ($75) per day.
4. Gift Cards
Points cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards.
5. Exclusion
Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products and services or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.
V. GENERAL
By joining the Nature’s Energy Loyalty program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth in these program rules. Nature’s Energy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict Nature’s Energy or any aspect of the program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Nature’s Energy may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member's ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program Terms and Conditions. Nature’s Energy reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on Nature’s Energy internal records related to such Member's account. In the event that there is an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account and the Member's receipt and Nature’s Energy internal records, notify the rewards service team to evaluate. Nature’s Energy assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Nature’s Energy may revoke any Member's membership in Nature’s Energy Rewards at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the program or fails to follow the Terms and Conditions of the program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other Nature’s Energy program. Nature’s Energy Loyalty programs points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Nature’s Energy.
