Refreshed Menu
After talking with many of you about your preferences at our bathhouses and day spas, we are excited to share our refreshed wellness menu.

The new menu features all your favourite services, simplifies the range of service length options, and ensures we consistently deliver the high-quality experience you expect from Nature’s Energy.

Whether you're seeking bathhouse, massage, beauty, readings, or healing, our streamlined menu will make it easier to find what you need and build your ideal holistic wellness journey.

Revamped Website
We will soon unveil an improved website that is easier to navigate, find information, and make and manage appointments. You can now also redeem gift cards online when making a booking!

Our mobile app, "Nature's Energy," provides another convenient way to manage your appointments.

Log in to your account via our website or app to effortlessly view, change, or cancel appointments, make new bookings, update your details and preferences, and check your gift card balances.

Price Adjustments
As we have all experienced, the cost of everything has continued to rise. This, unfortunately, means we have had to adjust the price of some services.

This is our first price adjustment in over a year and is essential for maintaining the high standards you've come to expect from Nature's Energy.

Any appointments booked before the adjustment were not affected.

The new menu and prices are now in effect.

All payments made by card incur a standard surcharge in line with merchant fees: Amex terminal 2.6% and online 2.8%, non-Amex terminal 0.9% and online 1.4%.

Loyalty Program
We are in the process of redesigning our Loyalty Program. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, loyalty points can no longer be used to pre-pay for appointments online, which is not ideal. That is why we are looking for new, better ways to reward our loyal customers.

Your existing points remain valid until further notice or until your 12-month enrolment anniversary (points have a 12-month validity).

The value of points may change. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but it is essential to design a program that aligns with our business goals while still offering valuable rewards to you.

Nature's Energy has always maintained the right to modify our Loyalty Program, rewards, and points structures without prior notice.

Please be aware that a maximum of 3,000 points can be redeemed per transaction per day. Points are non-redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

To view your points, please click My Account on our website, Sign In, then navigate to your Profile and find Loyalty Points.
