Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. Less than 24 hours notice will attract a 20% cancellation fee.

 

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow enough time to welcome you and to complete any client forms that are necessary.

 

Late Arrivals

For you to receive the full benefit from your treatment, please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate you however arriving late may affect the length of your treatment(s) and the full treatment will be charged for.

 

Valuables

Most treatments require you to remove your jewellery. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewellery, mobile phones or other accessories and we suggest that you do not bring valuables to the spa. To enhance everyone’s experience, please turn off mobile phones.

 

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.  Prices quoted in this document are valid as at 10 March 2010.  Please confirm prices at the time of your  booking.

 

Inappropriate Behaviour

All of our therapists are trained professionals and any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service and full payment will be expected.
