Customised Packages
Should you book treatments with different therapists that have a combined length of two or more hours on the same day, you will be in line to receive a 15% discount off your treatments.

Spa-ties / Group Bookings
We can accommodate hen and bridal parties, corporate events and other special occasions.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us. Less than 24 hours notice will attract a 20% cancellation fee.

Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow enough time to welcome you and to complete any client forms that are necessary.

Late Arrivals
Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate you arriving late however this may affect the length of your treatment(s) as the therapists may have bookings after your set time.  If you are late, the full treatment will be charged for.

Valuables
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewellery, mobile phones or other accessories.  We suggest that you do not bring valuables to the centre. To enhance everyone’s experience, please turn off mobile phones.

Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm prices at the time of your booking.

Inappropriate Behaviour
All of our therapists are trained professionals and any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service and full payment will be expected.

Private Health Fund Rebates
These are available with selected therapists.  Please enquire when booking your appointment.  Should you not specify your health fund at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a health fund rebate.
